Romain Gandolphe
une semaine dans une cimaise

In 2013 the French artist Romain Gandolphe was living inside of an 1m x 3m exhibition wall for an entire week during a group show in Lyon. The work was not announced to the visitors but the sounds coming out of the wall made them aware someone might be present. Later, he made a catalogue documenting his work. Instead of showing this book, he lets it repeat the action: The purchaser of the book has to hide the book behind a wall/bookshelf - invisbile but present at the same time.
